Term and Conditions

You must enroll BEFORE the start of term so that we know how many people to expect!
Payment is required with the enrolment form.
St Martins does not refund payments, except in the case that a workshop is cancelled by St Martins and no suitable replacement workshop can be found within our program for the participant. If you need to withdraw from the workshop, up until week 4 of term, you will receive a credit note for the amount you paid, minus the cost of classes already attended. There is also a $30 withdrawal fee. The membership fee is non-refundable.
You may transfer classes in the first two weeks of term only, if there is space in the class.
St Martins does not accept liability for any personal injury, unless the cause of the injury is found to be negligence on the part of a St Martins employee.
St Martins does not accept responsibility for any personal property left at the centre.
All personal information that you give to St Martins, including the information on this form is used in accordance with our privacy policy.

A Note on Workshop Cancellations

St Martins requires an certain amount of participants in order for our programs to be viable. If we don’t receive the required amount of enrolments within two days prior to the workshop commencing, it may be cancelled. We therefore request that you enroll as soon as possible. Our staff do everything in our power to ensure we have enough participants for programs to run.
