artistic advisory group

As part of St Martin's Youth Arts Centre's preparation for creating a new business plan and three year vision, we are inviting all of our stakeholders to engage in an Artistic Advisory Group which we see as a forum for exchange of new ideas, feedback, questions or concerns with representatives from St Martins and its Board.

We are proposing that the Artistic Advisory Group would meet once every three or four months for one hour, with the first half hour for parents of some of our younger members, and the second half hour for members aged 13 and up.

We held the first consultation on Friday 30th May. The meeting involved a presentation of St Martin's four key goals for 2009-2011 (as per our business plan) and also a presentation of the proposed programme of activities for 2009.
