bookings

Bookings are taken via phone 9252 0760 or email info@stmartinsyouth.com.au.
Seating is unallocated (unless otherwise specified). Booking a ticket does not guarantee a specific seat. Booked tickets are available for pick up from the St Martins Box Office at 44 St Martins Lane South Yarra from an hour prior to the performances advertised start time. All uncollected bookings will be released quarter of an hour before the advertised start time of the show. Released tickets will be distributed in order of the waiting list.

group bookings

All tickets to be sold at the group discount rate are to be picked up and paid for at the same time. Group price tickets will not be sold individually or after a group of tickets has already been collected. Group tickets can be bought advance by cheque or credit card during office hours (10am to 5pm).

prepaid tickets

Cannot be refunded or transferred to a different night.

 

terms of sale

All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars ($AUD)

1. No refunds or exchanges on any ticket except where and to the extent that laws of the region of purchase provide otherwise. If a refund is made, St Martins may retain any service or like fee it has changed.
2. The right is reserved to add, withdraw reschedule or substitute artists and/or vary advertised programs, prices, venues, seating arrangements and audience capacity. The right is also reserved to charge a fee for the replacement of tickets
3. Cameras, audio and video recorders may not be permitted.
4. Entry may be refused if tickets are damaged or defaced in any way or are not purchased from St Martins or other authorised points of sale.
5. You must allow adequate time for collection or delivery of tickets.
6. GST will apply to all goods and services supplied throughout St Martins. GST is included in total price of ticket.
7. Where concessions are applicable, suitable and valid identification must be provided for collection of tickets at the venue.
